Ingredients for potato goulash: This is what you need

You will need: 3 onions, 2 cloves of garlic, 800 grams of waxy potatoes, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, a little olive oil, 500 milliliters of vegetable broth, 1 bunch of fresh parsley, salt, pepper, paprika powder, hot pepper, 100 grams of sour cream.

How it works: Peel and finely dice the onions. Peel and finely chop the cloves of garlic. Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them into cubes. Then heat some oil in a large pot. Fry the onion and garlic in it a little. Then add chopped potatoes and fry a little.

Add tomato paste and fry a little. Then clean everything with stock, cover the pot with a lid, and cook on medium heat for about 20-25 minutes, until the potatoes are nice and soft, but not yet falling apart. Meanwhile, wash the parsley, shake dry and finely chop.

Season the goulash with salt, pepper, paprika powder and cayenne pepper depending on your spiciness. Stir in finely chopped parsley and add sour cream at the end. If you want, you can add a little cream or sour cream to the goulash. A delicious slice of bread goes well with it. Bon Appetit!
