Then mix the cooled mass with 200 grams of sugar and ground spices: a teaspoon of cinnamon, a pinch of cloves and salt, and half a teaspoon of ginger. Now beat three eggs into the mixture and mix them together with 200 grams of cream cheese until a smooth top is poured into the cake tin.

Tip: Before pouring the pumpkin mixture into the tin, make several punctures in the pastry. So the ground rises better.
