Make your own veggie chips: it’s healthy too!

Are vegetables and chips incompatible? Not worth it! These vegetable chips are not only easy to make, but also a healthy alternative to the well-known potato chips. Snack alert: crispy veggie chips


Our veggie chips are really easy to make and not only are they nutritionally superior, but they also have a unique taste!


  1. Heat the oven to 160 degrees. Wash the beets, zucchini and carrots and cut off the ends. Chop the vegetables as finely as possible with a very sharp knife.

  2. Place the vegetable slices in a bowl and mix with oil, salt, pepper, garlic and paprika powder. Stir until all the chips are evenly coated.

  3. First, put the beets on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 30-40 minutes. After about 10-15 minutes, add the carrot slices. Add the zucchini slices for the last 10 minutes. Turn the vegetables several times, if possible do not overlap.

  4. After cooking, salt again and leave to cool completely in the oven. Bon Appetit!
