Autumn dishes with cheese and mini salami – EAT CLUB

We all love delicious sweet cupcakes, that’s for sure. But muffins don’t always have to be sweet. Delicious Pumpkin Muffins are the best proof of this. They are a delicious addition to the breakfast table, but are also suitable as a snack between meals. All muffins deserve love because once they’re baked, the next time they’re just little snacks in the pantry. Of course, depending on how quickly you plaster them.

Hearty Pumpkin Muffins for Fall Feelings

Bites are also a seasonal treasure. We always have lots of pumpkin recipes for fall and they are all just wonderful. So: enjoy it while you can. What would autumn be without pumpkins? But be careful: you should not eat ornamental fish. You can even eat other pumpkins raw, which is really healthy. As you can see, we love pumpkin in general and hearty pumpkin muffins in particular.

When you think of muffins, you only think of sweets, which is a real shame. Because hearty muffins are filling and always on the go. To be able to make them more often, of course, you will need a few more recipes:

Delicious fall snacks: hearty pumpkin muffins with cheese and salami

Delicious Pumpkin Muffins are a great hot or cold fall treat for you and your loved ones.

  1. For the dough, cut the pumpkin into slices, remove the seeds, peel and finely chop the flesh. Steam in water until soft, then puree with a hand blender. Finely chop the Gouda, slice the mini salami and chop the pumpkin seeds. Grease a muffin pan. Preheat the oven. Top/bottom heat: about 200 degrees, hot air: about 180 degrees.

  2. In a mixing bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder. Add the rest of the ingredients except the cheese, pumpkin seeds and salami and process everything with the mixer briefly on low and then on high for 2 minutes to get a smooth dough.

  3. Mix in the cheese cubes, salami and pumpkin seeds. Divide the batter into 30 muffin tins. Bake on the middle rack for about 30 minutes. Remove the muffins from the pan immediately and cool on a wire rack.
