Today, we want vegetables in a particularly tasty form: as crunchy chips for a snack. Cabbage is full of health benefits. Among all types of cabbage, cabbage offers the highest nutritional content. Cabbage is ahead of the pack, especially when it comes to vitamin C, vitamin A and calcium.

Just like potato, beet, pumpkin or apple chips, kale can be easily baked in the oven and made into a healthy snack. A spicy dip with it tastes great.

Cabbage Chips Recipe: Super tasty and incredibly crunchy

Crispy and slightly salty, this is how chips should taste. This is especially true for vegetable chips. Our cabbage version has exactly these advantages. Oven-baked cabbage turns into a really great snack alternative to potato chips and flips. The marinade imparts an unmistakably salty flavor with addictive potential.

You need:

  • 500 g of cabbage, fresh
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • Salt
  • pepper

And it’s that easy:

1. Tear off the cabbage and discard the stems.

2. Make a marinade of peanut butter, vegetable oil, salt and pepper.

3. Now dip the cabbage pieces in the marinade and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Our tip: If you don’t want to use peanut butter, use some sesame paste instead. For extra flavor, sprinkle some cheese on top of the cabbage before cooking.
